Summary: This ongoing mural project is located in Los Angeles, CA and under the direction of Judy Baca. This mural was designed and painted by several groups of teenagers over the last 40+ years and depicts the contributions and struggles of the various ethnic groups that reside in California over the course of the state’s history and pre-history.
Students would be given photographs from sections of this mural for group analysis and discussion.
